Overview and Use This series of charger is used for lithium batteries such as lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery and lithium manganese oxide (LiMn2O4) battery. The charger is small and light and guarantees an efficient, safe, reliable, and stable charging process. Automatic switchover between is possible. The charger is also protected against damage caused by reverse polarities, output short circuits, and output overloads. This series is widely used for the circular charging of electric forklifts, stackers, golf trolleys, electric tour buses, electric patrol cars, electric floor cleaning machines, electric motorcycles, ATVs, electric yachts, electric cleaners, electric sweeping cars, UPSs, solar power generators, wind power generators, and electric communications in railway systems. |
Lead-acid Battery / Lithium Battery Models
Technical Data Rated Input Voltage: AC85V~AC265V Protection Characteristics ·Overtemperature Protection: When the charger’s internal temperature exceeds 75¡æ, the charging current decreases automatically. When the internal temperature exceeds 85¡æ, the charger turns off and resumes charging when the temperature lowers. ·Short-circuit Protection: When the charger’s output short-circuits, the charger automatically stops. It resumes charging 10 seconds after the problem is solved. ·Reverse Polarity Protection: If the battery’s polarity is reversed, the charger cuts the connection with the internal circuit. The battery stops charging to avoid causing damage. ·Input Undervoltage / Overvoltage Protection: When the AC input voltage is less than 85V or higher than 265V, the charger turns off. It resumes charging when the voltage returns to normal. Working Environment
Installation Instructions ·Install the charger in an upright position and keep the radiator vertical. Refer to the installation diagram for details. Leave more than 10cm around the radiator to ensure ventilation during charging. Do not place the radiator facing down or the charger’s internal temperature will become excessively high and charging will be affected. ·Ensure that vents are not blocked to prevent overtemperature. Do not place the charger near a heat source. Leave enough space around the charger to guarantee ventilation and facilitate the use of connectors. ·Ensure the AC power supply voltage and current match the allowable input voltage and current of the charger. If you have any questions, please contact the supplier or consult the local power supply company. ·In consideration of safety and electromagnetic compatibility, the charger comes with a three-pin plug, which can be used in sockets with earthing wires. ·If an extended wire is used to supply AC power, ensure the extended wire can withstand the charger’s maximum input current and the length of this wire is within the limit. ·Keep the voltage drop of the charger-battery connecting wire under the maximum current less than 1% of the battery voltage. Otherwise, charging may be affected. The lead diameter should meet the requirements of the output current. ·When compensating voltage for the battery, place the temperature sensor at the point of the battery with the highest temperature; for example, the central area between two batteries. ·If the battery does not work normally or is damaged, disconnect the power supply and the charger’s connector immediately and contact the supplier. ·Do not disassemble the charger yourself. Removing the hood may result in an electric shock or injury. ·To prevent damage to the charging wire, please do not place an object on the wire or place it in a location where it might be stepped on. Replace the wire immediately if it is worn or damaged. |
